The reason for this, is because Mantha is an Admin at my other forum, and he is quite an awesome partner to work with. If you still are annoyed, then you maybe punished. Im trying to get as many jobs as possible, and at the minute it's very hard when there's only 6 registered users. I will employ more people when the registered user count goes up to 30. At the moment, im not employing.

Exactly. Just because Mantha is a Mod on your other site doesn't mean he can be on this. You should find someone new to work with.
